An afternoon of asana, pranayama , relaxation and social connection combined with some tasty snacks and warming chai.
The retreat will consist of :-
a short guided meditation focusing on loving kindness ; A fun Ashtanga inspired yoga flow; breathing practices to support wellbeing during winter months; A restorative practice including a soothing yoga nidra for complete rest of body & mind. Finishing our session with Kirtan music from Dan and Jane  and just being together. An uplifitng and joyful occasion to ease us into 2022 .
