DESCRIPTION: To celebrate this special time in a very special year we will celebrate life with  yoga, meditation, music, community and of course some delicious food. If weather allows we may well have an open fire outside too.

 

Yoga immersion focusing on Agni, the fire element to transition us into the energy of early summer, followed by a cooling restorative practice to return us to our centre and feelings of being rooted, connected and strong. We will follow this with a guided meditation focusing on growing love for ourselves and our communities.  The final part of the evening will  be Kirtan, chanting food and general bonhomie.
