DESCRIPTION: Welcome in winter by taking the time to reset and restore, mindfully setting new intentions to guide you through the closing months of the year.
The day will begin with a strong, chakra focussed, Hatha practice followed by candlelit restorative yoga & a sound bath featuring Gillian Campbell. Carve out nourishing time for you by fully immersing yourself in your practice. 
This day will include yoga, a body scan & meditation, intention setting, homemade lunch & plenty of time for connecting with like minded people. 
Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis - we offer you this space & invite you in to an immersive experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, focused and calm.
