DESCRIPTION: Celebrate the beginning of Spring with a yoga practice focusing on renewal  and of letting  go. Just as winter gives way to spring we awaken our bodies by stretching and balancing . We will use some new somatic practices to feel into our bodies and meditate on equanimity or finding balance. Alexandra will perform live music letting us experience our inner landscape and connection to oneness. And there will be food to share and enjoy being with each other,
