DESCRIPTION: Join Genna for a dynamic practice, uniting yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine and whats going on in nature to help you know your bodies and minds better. The practice will work the organs and meridians of the season through a vinyasa flow, with a slower approach towards to the end to help you reach a sense of stillness. 
Modifications will always be given.
Genna doesn’t take herself too seriously, so expect classes to be upbeat and fun, with the purpose to come out feeling both energised and relaxed.
