DESCRIPTION: A slightly different emphasis on the traditional Ashtanga sequence. We begin with the dynaminc flow from sun salutations to standing and balancing postures, from here as we come to the seated postures we start to slow the practice into longer held stretches, to release tension in the hips, massage our internal organs, flushing out toxins and allowing new oxygenated blood to flow into the muscles, joints and fascia. A truly nourishing practice.
