DESCRIPTION: Join Nicole for 90 minutes of Rocket Yoga, an energetic practice based around Ashtanga Vinyasa. You will have the chance to try advanced postures such as arm balances and inversions, and modifications will always be offered. Mo will then lead a restorative and grounding practice to balance the energies of Yin and Yang.Come with an open heart and some space for playfulness. We will  finish with a guided meditation on gratitude and joy, followed by time together with some nourishing food and general bonhomie.
