Vinyasa Flow - In studio

A Vinyasa flow class to energise and balance the mind and body. We will link the breath to the movement , play with some balancing postures and flow through a standing sequence followed by some floor work. A perfect tonic to start your day for This class will help us to feel grounded, energised and connected to nature. We use playful poses to move blocked energy and create freedom in the body and peace in the them mind.
