This is a Hatha style yoga practice that builds strength and stability in the body with slow mindful movement. Combined with the elements of Yin Yoga to round out this beginner-level class, students will find deep tension release as poses are held for longer periods. Each class leads to a deeper intention for mindfulness through breath work and meditation. Students can take each class separately or join the full 4 week series to grow their yoga practice.
Vinyasa I is a class that links the body and mind through movement. We will work through a flowing sequence of poses that will leave you with increased strength, mobility and flexibility. This class is held in a heated room.
As a follow up to our Intro to Yoga series, Intro to Steady Flow is designed for beginners or those who are interested in a better understanding of basic yoga poses. With a focus on linking movement to breath, students will learn the principles of moving meditation in the context of a vinyasa yoga experience.

Yin Immersion is a slow, mindful practice of deep tissue release. Supported with yoga props, poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow the body and mind to surrender long held tension. This is a 75 minute class and is beginner friendly. The room will be warmed to allow the body to release fully into the deep connective tissue.
This fun Vinyasa level I class will build strength and balance in your body and mind. Using breath work to link the mind to the movement, Vinyasa I is the perfect class to grow your practice. This class is held in a heated room.
This is a slow Vinyasa class that balances strength and flexibility through mindful movement. Students will learn body and breath awareness within the movement and then transition to a full restorative practice on the mat. Restorative yoga is a practice of release through a series of supported relaxation poses. The combination of movement and relaxation will reduce body tension and stress.
Join Tracy Hurlow in our newest class offering. Barre is a hybrid class combining ballet inspired moves with elements of yoga and strength training. This class will build full body strength and flexibility and is for all levels - beginners welcome.
