DESCRIPTION: Monday is Happy to be Me Day! Our yoga practice and focus poses will be centered around the book Grow Happy! We will talk about what makes us happy and how we can help others find happiness. Dress from head to toe in your favorite color! We will use all the colors of the rainbow to make stained glass windows! We can't wait to see our rainbow of little Yogis! 

This 3 day workshop-style yoga camp offers lots of Yoga inspired activities to provide a fun learning environment for young children. Each day  will have a different theme with meditations, a story, learners circle, yoga practice, snack and a craft to take home. Ages 5-10 
9-11am each day. Cost is $75 for all three days or $30 for daily drop in.
