DESCRIPTION: Join Sandy in this final class of 2021 for 90 minutes of release. Class begins with a short vinyasa flow to create space and connect to breath. Part two of this class will be a time of deep tissue release using Yin Yoga poses and therapy balls. The final segment will be a  time of meditation and self-reflection, we will work with journal prompts to surrender the past year and to bring clarity and inspiration to the year to come.  This class is free to unlimited members or $20 for non-members. Includes a journal and two therapy balls.
