DESCRIPTION: If you’ve been curious about Reiki, this is the perfect sampling of Reiki within a Restorative yoga class. 
Class begins in meditation and intention setting to allow yogis to direct their own goal or healing energy. In a group setting, two practitioners will offer gentle touch in a mini treatment providing a feeling of relaxation and revitalization. Yogis will be guided through restorative yoga poses to feel supported throughout the process of this energy clearing work. This combination will activate the parasympathetic nervous system to create equanimity within body and mind.

This class will help you address any surface tension or issues of the day, releasing old negativity and tension.  Whether you have a regular self-care practice or are new to Reiki and Restorative yoga, this class allows you to sample this time-honored practice of self-regulation and healing in a comfortable, safe, and welcoming space.
