DESCRIPTION: Join us as Becky Joseph presents a beginner yoga class to benefit local charity, Transitions Shelter for Women. This is a Hatha yoga class, perfect for all levels. Becky will lead a heartfelt meditation along with pranayama focused breath work along with a gentle movement series. Cost of the class is a donation of women's hygiene products or children’s books. Cash donations are also welcome and accepted. Please sign up online to register, donations will be received at the studio.
