DESCRIPTION: Solstice means "sun standing still". Our bodies can become energetically stagnant and fatigued during the long, dark winter months. Reset your mind and body as Sandy leads you in a winter solstice practice of introspection and reflection. Restorative poses are held for 5-10  minutes allowing the mind and body to rest into relaxation. This class will be held in a warm room  and is 60 minutes in length.
