DESCRIPTION: This is a Hatha style yoga practice that builds strength and stability in the body with slow mindful movement. Combined with the elements of Yin Yoga to round out this beginner-level class, students will find deep tension release as poses are held for longer periods. Each class leads to a deeper intention for mindfulness through breath work and meditation. Students can take each class separately or join the full 4 week series to grow their yoga practice.
