DESCRIPTION: Celebrate International Day of Yoga with us! 
We're offering a special class to honor the 10-year anniversary of International Day of Yoga. Becky Joseph will discuss the historical aspects of the practice as she leads a well-rounded class with a sampling of breathwork, meditation and asana. Dawn Tonneman will provide a healing sound experience using ancient instruments throughout the program.  Within the combination of movement, stillness and vibrational sound, students will have a full body experience. All levels welcome and encouraged to attend.
