DESCRIPTION: Nature Day: The beauty of nature is all around us. We will appreciate what nature has to offer by going to a nature walk and learn how to use pranayama, the practice of breath control, during a walking meditation outdoors. We will complete our practice outside, read the story In the Garden Who’s Been Here. We will create a nature keepsake that will allow you to bring the outdoors in. Dress in your favorite outdoor gear and wear sunscreen. 

This is a fun 3 day workshop style class for kids ages 4-10. Yoga, craft activities and story time with a creative  theme. This is a two hour workshop.
