DESCRIPTION: Super Hero Training Day: Today we put everything we have learned to the test and fous on Tapas, austerity and discipline. Dress as your favorite superhero (book character, movie character, or someone you look up to) and be ready to work with your fellow super heroes to learn how to work as a team with partner yoga poses. We will read I am Fearless and make special super hero gear. 
This is a fun 3 day workshop style class for kids ages 4-10. Yoga, craft activities and story time with a creative yoga theme. This is a two hour workshop.
