DESCRIPTION: Join us for 60 minutes of open, creative practice space to learn at your own pace. This week our Teacher Training Students will be available to assist with alignment, encouragement and guidance. This is an opportunity to help our trainees learn the finer points of guiding students and teaching a class. This session provides a chance for you to learn yoga poses, philosophy, meditation or breath work specific to your needs, in a casual environment. There is no charge for this class.
