DESCRIPTION: Our 2026/2027 RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training Program is a Yoga Alliance certified program. This program is a vinyasa informed, alignment-based style of asana. Our teaching methodology is rooted in the practice of self-inquiry and reflection. You will learn the deeper aspects of yoga, including philosophy, meditation, pranayama, along with teaching techniques and sequencing skills. Our program utilizes a skill-based teaching model with plenty of practice and mentorship along the way.
