DESCRIPTION: 90 minutes of pure bliss. Jody will help you find comfortable yoga poses fully supported using yoga props.  Using sound to promote relaxation and surrounded  in calming vibrations through the use of crystal bowls, chimes and assorted relaxing music. This is not a yoga movement class, but it does include meditation and breath work which are both important parts of the yoga practice. Props will be provided to help you get into your favorite lying, reclined or seated restorative pose. This class is intended to promote well-being and decrease stress through sound and meditation.
