DESCRIPTION: Vibrational Sound® Therapy (VST) is a relaxation practice that uses professional-grade singing bowls. In a one-on-one session, a trained practitioner places bowls on or near your body and plays them gently, so you can hear the tones and feel their soft vibration. Many people describe it as an "inner massage" made of sound.
Unlike a group sound bath or simply listening to music, VST is personal and focused. You stay fully clothed on a comfortable table, and the only contact is from the singing bowls themselves. Sessions usually last up to 60 minutes.
