Solstice means "sun standing still". Our bodies can become energetically stagnant and fatigued during the long, dark winter months. Reset your mind and body as Karen leads you in a winter solstice practice of introspection and reflection. Poses will be slow and methodical, creating plenty of time and space for mindfulness. This is an all levels class and is 75 minutes in length.
