DESCRIPTION: Spend quiet time in stillness and reflection as we immerse ourselves in the practice of self-care. Our practice begins in guided meditation and journaling, followed with a short yin sequence to release deep tension. We settle in to a deep restorative practice to heal and rest the body and mind. This retreat will include a personal eye pillow, personal essential oil roller bottle and small journal to take with you. This is a 90 minute retreat and the cost is $45
