DESCRIPTION: Join us for a special treat of live music during this fun Friday night class! Ashley will lead an all levels  Steady Flow Vinyasa with Jillian Lepi playing keyboard.  Creating a balance of meditative movement and breath focused stillness, students will learn Vinyasa sequences that build strength and flexibility. Linking movement and breath, this class offers enough work to challenge you, but leaves plenty of room for self reflection. This class is all levels and is 75 minutes in length.
