DESCRIPTION: Restorative Classes are held on the last Friday of every month and are the perfect way to melt into the weekend. A deeply soothing experience for the body and mind, restorative practice is exactly what it says, restoring energy and calming the body, mind and nervous system.
Please bring a yoga mat and blocks if you have them, and water to drink. The body temperature can drop during this type of practise so please bring a blanket and warm comfortable clothing.
