DESCRIPTION: This is a 1.5 hour monthly group session for personal and spiritual development and connection. We will explore the relevant limitations amongst the attendees each session and Theresa and other Yoga Lounge practitioners will facilitate the clearing of these limitations, share insights and guide the group through a meditation. Attendance is by donation which may be cash or EFTPOS on arrival at your discretion. Please note we do not carry a cash float so no change will be given.
