DESCRIPTION: Join our resident healing facilitator, Jane Leeming, as she shares some invaluable and easy-to-implement tips to improve your health, based on the Ayurvedic method. Ayurveda works with ancient principles that still apply today, involving an holistic understanding of our body, mind and spirit. Jane is currently studying the science of Ayurveda to becoming a certified practitioner, and is so excited to share in this first round of free information sessions for us.
