DESCRIPTION: The Yoga Nook on Tour!
We're heading to Warrenscourt Woods, a dear sanctuary of mine! A truly wild, beautiful habitat to tap into our own inner nature. Expect a summery tantra yoga flow. We'll follow this by a savasana with poetry and Uaithne, the bouzouki, making an appearance as you fully relax.

The Workshop
10:30 pm Meet at car park

10:45-12:00 pm Summer flow followed by relaxation poetry and music

12:15 pm Pickled lunch

After that, it's up to you! Head for a walk, relax by the stream, chat to the lovely community!

If it's a rainy day— we'll move this workshop to the dome :)
