DESCRIPTION: Warrenscourt Woods will be our play space this Saturday — a dear sanctuary of mine (20 minutes outside Ballincollig)! This truly wild, beautiful habitat will help us settle into the earth and own inner nature. Expect a summery tantra yoga flow suitable for beginners and non beginners alike. 

We'll follow this with a savasana, poetry and Uaithne, the bouzouki, will make an appearance as you fully relax.

After this, we'll enjoy a homemade vegan picnic brunch. This is going to be a zero waste event, so be sure to bring your own lunch box, cutlery and cup! We'll do the rest :)
