- Enjoy an organic lunch and snacks (dietary preferences/requirements respected)
- Ciorcal Ceol: enjoy live music in a very relaxed setting, whether you'd like to bring an instrument or tap along!
- Unwind in a restorative yoga session: completely unwind and release tension.

Amount: €60
(This class time may be moved due to the weather – if you place a deposit and can't make the rescheduled Saturday you can move it to another retreat/class or request a refund.)
