DESCRIPTION: We started 2021 celebrating Michele's 10 year anniversary of teaching yoga classes and owning the Yoga Spot. Of course it was via Zoom! To end the year we'd like to do the same but in person at the studio. To coincide with the winter solstice we'll hold an all level slow flowing / hip opening  style of class with lovely long yoga nidra from 10.00am - 12.00pm. To continue the celebrations this class will only be £10!
