What to expect:
Session built to combine two distinctive yoga styles for all levels:
First, for expression and energy, heat and action as well as a strength and stretch of your muscular body, flowing with the breath combining a set of classic vinyasa asanas. 

Second, for calming of both body and mind, an introspective and meditative portion of a gentle and fascia tissue stretching yin poses.
