If you are looking for a new, dynamic and core strengthening yoga class then this class is definitely for you.

Forrest Yoga is a powerful and therapeutic practice, perfect for working with the modern body, helping to relieve the stresses and anxieties associated with modern life.

You will be led through deep breath work and a sequence of strong poses, helping you to develop a connection to your own body. The practice will teach you to dig deep and find strength from within.

This class is 75 minutes long and will be taught in 5 week blocks by Joslyn Stella.
