This is a full body workout with a spotlight on the core, toning the legs, arms, shoulders &amp;amp; seat all while increasing spinal mobility, balance and addressing muscle imbalances. You’ll use your body weight along with props such as hand weights, blocks and balls to develop a challenging, simulating workout for the mind and body, discovering muscles you didn’t know you had.
