DESCRIPTION: A dedicated class catering to all our pregnant and postnatal mamas BYO bubs.

This 45 minute yoga flow will be set up in a relaxed manner, a time for new mums to connect, without having to worry about organising childcare, combined with a pregnancy safe class for those carrying precious cargo.

Age limit: Capped at fast escapee crawler / confident walking, as chasing a very mobile babe could leave you more stressed than namaste.

We kindly ask that’s besides boobie and bottle milk, no other snacks or food in the studio - Unless your keen to vacuum (in that case, yes please)
