DESCRIPTION: As our bodies age, we appreciate more and more the need to stay physically active, to keep the mind and body simulated. 

These class are aimed at 60+ years young, and designed to move at an easy pace, gently building strength, mobility and balance, while building stability and strength. 

We will have chairs available to help accommodate all bodies and our studio is situated on a ground floor, no steps required to access.
