An hour long slow flow, marrying yoga asana, modern functional movement, creative transitions and breath-body awareness in a fun and meditative way. We will work out the kinks, wake up your breath and find some mindful movement to your day. This flow class is designed to seamlessly blend several aspects of yoga, creating strength, flexibility, mindfulness and openness in the body-mind. This class is open to all levels, with plenty of modifications on offer.
