DESCRIPTION: These weekly classes will be a fun way of teaching our little ones how to breathe and move in a more mindful manner. Our studio is a warm, safe, calm and relaxing place for our children to fully express themselves and learn traditional yogic breath work and movement flow. 

Our resident fully qualified Kids Yoga Teacher, mother of 2 and Primary School Teacher of 16years; Liz, will be guiding our little beez through a weekly story telling, creative yoga sequence, encouraging the students how to connect, manage and express their emotions.
