Description
Welcome to your 4 week Journey into all things bump and birth. Here we will practice yoga and prepare for birth adn your birth partner is welcome to join the classes too!
We will look at
THE BODY - Physically how it moves, how to move easier with a growing bump (however big the bump is as smaller bumps need nurture too) and how to prepare it for labour
THE MIND - Mentally how to relax and let go to release tension and 'un busy' the mind
This is a 4 week block of classes designed for you and your bump (birth partner welcome too but make sure to book them in!) to get birth and motherhood ready. After these classes you will be more fit and flexible, stronger and have more stamina and be mind ready.
If you can only make single classes please contact Ellie for your options.
As a prenatal yoga teacher and a Hypnobirthing Instructor and Birth Educator I will help prepare your mind and body.
What to do:
➡ Purchase your 4 week Journey
➡ If your bring your birth partner to any of the sessions please make sure to book the couple option (it is only 100 aed more so even if they don't come to all classes its worth it!)
➡ Come to all four Thursdays sessions!
This is a consecutive 4 week block if you miss any I can record and pass on the recording. Please let me know in advance to record the session!

HOW TO BOOK AND HOW TO MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS
Purchase your class or package
➡ 1 mom and baby class - BOOK IN using your one credit on the preferred date
➡ 6 week baby yoga classes - Make sure to go to each date and BOOK IN for 6 CLASSES OVER 6 WEEKS using your 6 credits (you will have 7 weeks to use this offer as long as within the timeframe of classes running in the season)
Please note there is one extra week (time wise) added to your JOURNEY/ BLOCK just in case. To cancel and reschedule a class it must be done 6 hours or more prior to the class. After 6 hours the credit is taken.
It is your responsibility to book and mange your own bookings using your momoyoga account.
Emails regarding your account come from no-reply@momoyoga.com or ellie@theommomsclub.com so make sure you are receiving them and they are not going to junk.

Come to Jumeriah Golf Estates with free parking in The Clubhouse carpark. Head inside to the reception and we yoga upstairs. Leave prams outside. Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled.
Bring a yoga mat, and water to hydrate. Optional a light cover/ cushion for relaxation. Wear comfy clothes to practice yoga in. For baby a blanket to lay on and one to cover them if needed.
ALL INFORMATION ON OUR MOM AND BABY YOGA CLASS
Yogabellies for Mum and baby sessions incorporate traditional yoga postures adapted for postpartum mum and some for baby too. Whilst most postnatal classes either focus on mom or are baby classes (with no physical benefits for mom at all) this class benefits you both. Awesome! Yogabellies for mum and baby classes at The Om Moms combine both postnatal and baby yoga making sure both Mom and baby leave the class feeling stretched, relaxed and revived. And don’t worry if you have never been to a yoga class before this class is suitable for all levels of yogini, its is suitable for ALL MOMS! Think core-rebuilding and relaxation for mum and there will also be baby yoga, massage, songs and lots of fun. Baby yoga has also been scientifically proven to help with baby’s brain development, growth, self soothing and common ailments such as colic, reflux and disrupted sleep.
Each week there are new poses for both you and baby as we focus on different areas of the body. We look at rebuilding the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, assist in alleviating back pain, and help Mom regain her strength and muscle tone. All this is done at your own pace. For baby we are enhancing their immune system, helping with brain and nervous system development and growth and offering sensory stimulation which enhances relaxation and leads to better sleeping patterns.
