DESCRIPTION: Dani teaches Vinyasa Yoga rooted in classical Hatha Yoga, designed to balance both the active and passive qualities of body and mind.

This Level 2 class is a more physically demanding practice, ideal for those looking to deepen their asana practice, explore new transitions, and build greater strength, mobility, and control. Expect a dynamic flow combined with moments of stillness, offering space to refine alignment, develop breath awareness, and cultivate mental focus through Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), and Dharana (concentration/meditation techniques).

We recommend at least one year of consistent Yoga practice for this practice, if you’re unsure whether this class is right for you, feel free to reach out to Dani in advance.
