DESCRIPTION: Join our community for its 9th year of 108 sun salutes to celebrate winter solstice. Led by the teachers from The Space. At the winter solstice, this ritual helps us find the light within, even on this longest of winter nights.
Friday June 21st, early morning practice - start moving at 6:30am - be there anytime from 6am to set up and be ready to start.
Don't worry if you can't do 108. Yoga is not a competition and it's not about the finish line. Your intention behind the practice is what matters most.
There will be options for rest and modifications offered so that the practice is safe and suitable for all.
We'd love to join you, where ever your practice is at, to build our yoga community.
