DESCRIPTION: A koha class. Every year The Space community practices 108 sun salutes together on the winter solstice. 108 sun salutes will be a self-led practice this year. We'll open the door and invite you to come in and practice sun salutes at your own pace together for an hour and a half of salutes (counting optional! This is how long we have been taking to do 108 for the last 10 years every winter solstice.) We encourage you to listen to your body rather than to the number. Prep yourself with some  sun salutes at home. Take a few days off before the actual day. Namaste!
