DESCRIPTION: A strength and conditioning program specifically designed for surfers, led by Sam one of our local Physiotherapists.  This course runs in 6 week blocks but drop in&#039;s are welcome.  Pilates assists in achieving efficient dynamic movement and lengthening of the body through the development of core strength, joint stabilisation, breath control and body awareness.
