DESCRIPTION: WHAT TO EXPECT: 
A fun, no fuss vibe where you feel welcome to come get your groove on! We will be learning a short routine together, that’s broken down and practiced until you’re feeling more confident in your body.

My style is a mixture of hip-hop, pop and honestly whatever I’m feeling in the lead up to class! Past classes have featured old school RnB, like Mariah Carey, new pop tracks (think Troye Sivan) and even DISCO! 

I aim to create a non-judgemental space which you can add your own flavour to & most importantly shake your day away! 

***Suitable for 18 years and over! 

What I’ve noticed whilst teaching dance: 

💫 Arriving with nervous energy is normal! I’ve always got some buzzing around 🐝 
  
🩷 It gives you a great sense of community! 

👀 Nobody is worried about what you’re doing but you! 

🛋️ Most challenging part is getting from your couch to the studio 

👯‍♀️ Bringing someone along with you can help get you through the door initially

🕺🏻 If you can’t get the move, just do something else! 

😊 Leaving with a smile and a “Omg so glad I did that!” is oh-so common!
