DESCRIPTION: Open-air class this Tuesday at 6.30pm in Glenageary! 🤩 An hour-long practice during which we will connect to our breath, move mindfully, and, finally, relax with a lovely guided meditation. All levels welcome, beginners included. The class is only 10 euro, and all you need is a mat, a blanket (optional) and a bottle of water.
