DESCRIPTION: Sampoorna Yoga days : a mini-retreat in the city!

A Sampoorna Yoga Day is a 5-hour immersion into the practice of yoga. The program includes:

- A traditional Hatha Yoga class
- Guided meditation
- A class of either Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga or Yoga Nidra.
- We often include some yoga of sound, either in the form of mantra chanting or as a sound bath
- Or, we talk on a yogic subject
