DESCRIPTION: This workshop is designed to help runners use yoga to run better — by building body awareness, improving breath control, and reducing the risk of injury. We’ll focus on strengthening key muscle groups, improving flexibility, and teaching relaxation techniques that can be applied both on and off the track.

What to expect:

* Breathing Techniques: Learn how to create a breathing tempo that enhances your performance and keeps you calm during your run.
* Flexibility &amp;amp; Stability: Focus on areas that runners tend to overuse, like the legs, hips, and core. This will help you build more strength, flexibility, and endurance.
* Injury Prevention: Learn yoga poses and stretches that target common areas of tightness or strain (knees, hips, and lower back).
* Cooling Down &amp;amp; Relaxation: Understand the importance of recovery — and learn to incorporate calming stretches and shavasana for rejuvenation and mental clarity.

This workshop will be taught in English (with a dash of Dutch!)
