Michael Owen is a triathlete and writer who found his way to yoga after a series of bike crashes. In the past year he turned 40 and ran his first marathon. He became a teacher to help creative doers harness the body´s power to heal so they can live in freedom and purity.

Description

We'll start with some warmup yoga movements and a relaxed breathing exercise. Then we'll go into a series of long restorative stretches to prompt deep release. The goal is to leave class with new insight into your mind and body and a clarified connection to yourself.
