Tired of those aches and pains from your busy workday? Us too. That's why we created our Feel Good Fitness Flow - a 45-minute yoga session that's all about getting you moving, promoting your improved physical fitness, and focusing on your holistic health through the practice of yoga.

Think of it as a mini party after your workday! We'll flow through poses before you take a well-deserved rest in savasana. It's the perfect way to loosen up and let go of all that stress.

And let's be real, we could all use a little more movement in our lives, right? Our Feel Good Fitness Flow is the perfect solution - it'll get you up and moving in YB's welcoming, upbeat, and energetic studio space. You don't have to be a yoga expert to enjoy this class, either. All levels are welcome!
